The biggest substance-free wellness festival in the Nordics offers a wonderful range of workshops! To make your choices easier, the workshops are divided into categories, which you can find below.
When choosing workshops, remember to listen to yourself and your own needs, let the festival and the atmosphere carry you without completing or feeling rushed. Also take time to recover. And if the workshop feels like it's too much for you at that moment, or you need a rest, remember that you can always leave the space.
Some of the workshops are intimate, so the workshops do not always fit everyone who wants to. Trust that your magical trip will be exactly as it should be! Let the magic happen! We invite you to experience, sense, stop, feel. to move, go wild, break free and transform. Let this festival become the festival of your life!

YOGA MAT (Y) Bring a yoga mat or other platform to this workshop.

Coaching, life management, well-being or nutrition? In the Coaching workshop category, you will find interesting and thought-provoking training workshops that give you tools for your own life path. Are you ready to challenge yourself, do you long for a new direction or a refreshing breath of fresh air to aid introspection? So go to the workshops in this category with an open mind and heart!
Dance & Body
The body is wise and needs movement and presence! In this workshop category, you will find dancing, moving, body care, grooming and sweat-making workshops! Deep-sounding body exercises anchor you more firmly in this moment and open up the ability to feel. Let's also let the body move, energize and maybe even go wild. Dare to try something new, dare to let your body take you and listen to what it has to say.
DJ & Party
Let's PARTYYYY!! This category needs no explanation! Let's let the music lead, raise the party mood, take the dancing feet and make the summer night crazy! Let your body dance like there's no tomorrow! What makes this category special is that you've probably never seen people dancing so wildly. So simply the best parties of the festival can be found here!
Ecstatic Dance
This category is solely for a concept called Ecstatic Dance! Great rhythms, strong emotions, movement, dance, vitality and what wants to manifest right now. Every trip is unique. How does your body want to move right now? Please note that the Ecstatic Dance concept includes the following instructions, which we hope everyone follows: Move as you want, no talking on the dance floor, Respect yourself and others. <3 Welcome to enjoy the great atmosphere.
Lecture
Interesting and thought-provoking lectures by professionals in their respective fields! In this category you will find thought-provoking, informative and inspiring moments on many different topics related to well-being. Let's expand our knowledge and open our minds to new ideas! Ah yes!
Meditation
The festival also invites you to be quiet by yourself. Practice being present in the moment and maybe you'll pick up a new meditation technique to take home. In this workshop category you will find different workshops related to meditation. Maybe you are already almost enlightened, levitating in the lotus position or have never tried meditation, there is something for everyone in this category. Which of the workshops calls you?
Music
You can find international and domestic stars under this category! Healing music and other wonderful musical experiences that will take you to other worlds, make your dancing feet flutter and maybe even make tears flow. Let's surrender to the healing and uplifting power of music!
Other Inspirations
Ah and everything else so wonderful! Under the Other Inspirations category, you will find wonderful different workshops with different themes, including forest workshops and letting go. A surprisingly wonderful and experiential program awaits! This category is full of new inspirations and experiential summer highlights. Do you dare to try something completely new?
Sound & Voice
Do you already know your own voice? Are you letting it flow boldly and freely? The sound vibrates with nurturing frequencies and makes you relax and renews you from the inside. In this workshop category you will find workshops related to voice, singing and music. Singing circles in a teepee by the fire, wild drum jams, deeply relaxing sound healing or sound use techniques. Come along and let your wonderful voice be heard!
Tantra & Conscious Sexuality
Ah! Explore your sexuality, meet others and indulge in sensual pleasure! In the Tantra & Sacred Sexuality category, you will find various workshops related to sexuality and tantra, which will make you get to know yourself more closely, descend into your body and possibly also meet others. In this juicy category, there are workshops for beginners as well as for those already familiar with the topics, please choose your workshop carefully and respecting your own needs.
Yoga
In the yoga category you will find wonderful yoga classes that take care of the body and calm the mind for all levels! From acro yoga to kundalini yoga, our festival offers a wide range of different yoga styles and classes for many tastes. So whether you're looking for rewarding asanas, breathing and stopping that wonderfully cares for your being, raising energy, a sweaty challenge or playful movement, you'll surely find something you like in this category!
Treatments
Welcome to the versatile treatments of the wonderful therapists in the Healers Oasis area of the Natural High Healing festival! The popular and often sold-out individual treatments are nutritious and excellent support for festival visitors. Appointment booking is online and it opens in early June. Please book your treatment in advance!
Art
Art Cave has been delighting us with its art for years and stopping us for a moment. You get to sink into that part of you that totally surrenders to what you see, as if you were touching it, feeling it and experiencing it as someone you saw. Art is important, art awakens, art gives birth, art is meaningful. It is part of life's strong emotions, colors and inspiration. Welcome!
Poetry
Find the peaceful forested Poetry Trail and give yourself an enjoyable moment in silence, diving into the world of poems.
Kids & Teens
Lovely kids! & Teens! In the Kids category you will find programs for children and children-minded. Trick schools, fairy tale moments and emotional skills, these workshops are suitable for children! Teen Lounge is teens' own oasis, where you can meet, be inspired, make friends and try different workshops. We hope that in this space, as in other workshop spaces, the phone will be used very little.
