Amira is a Finnish yogi and teacher of yoga & meditation. She’s been devoting herself to the traditional teachings of yoga and tantra for over a decade now and sharing the gifts of yoga through weekly classes, workshops and retreats since 2018. She believes in the power of slowing down. Whatever it is that we seek, already lies within us – all we need to do is get still and tune in to receive.

YOGA NIDRA: NOURISH & HEAL (ENG) – Meditation

Yoga Nidra is more than a relaxation technique – it is a beautiful and deeply healing technique to touch and nourish all layers of your being. The practice happens in a supine position laying on the floor, and is prepared with a little bit of breath work in a seated position. Please dress up warm and cozy, get ready to take a nap on the cloud of yoga! (STRONG, YOGA MAT)
