WISDOM OF THE INNER ORPHAN
(STRONG, YOGA MAT) [FI/EN]
This thematic yoga and meditation practice holds space for connecting with the abandoned inner child seeking a way to allowance and presence with all parts of the self. Peaceful breath moves meditative asanas and opens up connection to the body and the space which is seeking to find back home - to the love that already resides within.
THE WOUNDED MOTHER
In this dialogical workshop we examine the theme of the wounded mother from the perspectives of Carl Jung and the archetype of the mother. A wounded mother transmits her unrecognized wounds to the offspring, but can release her children from cross-generational burdens by diving deep into her own shadow. The workshop is suitable for both reflecting the mother relationship and mothering.
