Men are brothers, fathers, sons, lovers and so much more. In this workshop we will touch on some of these aspects, but focus mainly on our brotherhood. Men support each other, lift each other up, and sometimes they fight. With sharings, simple embodied exercises and just by being together, we cultivate our natural benevolence to one another. And this is: Our brotherhood.

We are one in the groove! With fun and easy rhythm & movement games we connect as one big human orchestra. If you like to make sounds, clap, sing, dance, and have fun with a group, this is for you! It's a great pleasure to connect with others through sound, rhythm and movement. Tshakka!

A juicy warm-up with tantric connecting games, and then a 90 min (clothing optional!?) Ecstatic Dance. SAFETY: Super important! We will give a sweet, light-hearted but still powerful introduction where we address safety and the flow of the dance – so that people feel safe and comfortable. Yes, during the dance there will be some facilitation with reminders regarding safety. This should be a fun & exciting experience for everyone. And: This might not be for everyone. Some experience with tantra/clothing optional events is a good prerequisite.
