ACCESSIBLE ASHTANGA FLOW
Practice embodied meditation in steady, comfortable posture. We’ll regulate the nervous system through energising asana in a dynamic flow. We’ll also incorporate breathing - focused practices that center the mind, getting us ready for restorative meditation at the end. Classes are trauma-senstive and open level. Beginners are welcome to join.
EMBODIED LOVING KINDNESS
This class is all about embodying the practice of Loving Kindness. We'll start with some grounding, followed by gentle restorative postures to align the energy centres in the body. Finally we'll establish a comfortable meditation posture to practice generating bodhichitta in a structured yet easeful way.
