Merja Kallunki is a Bachelor of Social Services (AMK) and a special education teacher. She specializes in breathwork, bodywork, and somatic movement. Most recently, she has become interested in the embodied aspects of shibari.

She grew up close to nature, where reindeer herding was a traditional livelihood. Her father’s roots are in a Sámi family, which has deepened her connection to nature.

MOVEMENT & POWER OF BREATHE – BOTH – STRONG – YOGA MAT

Let somatic movement and breath take you on a journey within yourself. Workshop begins with an active mediation to open the body. This is followed by a 60-75 minute breathwork done in rounds, using both mouth and nose breathing. In workshop will be used drums, loud music, powerful breath and deep touch if needed. Biodynamic breathwork (which will be used) is softer than traditional deep breathing.

NORTHERN SHAMANIC BREATHWORK – BOTH – STRONG – YOGA MAT

Free your body and mind through powerful breath, movement, and music. We begin with movement to prepare for the breathwork and bring you into the present moment. After active meditation, we start a traditional deep breath session using mouth breathing for 40-45 minutes. The workshop includes loud music, drums, and intense breathing.

ACTIVEMEDITATION WITH MOVEMENT – BOTH – KIDS FRIENDLY

ActiveMediation is one hour meditation which contains shaking, unwinding and free dance. All stages last 15 min and we will end with integration. Shaking relaxes nervous system, unwinding releases fascias and dance will drop everything that won’t serve anymore. Beautiful way to wake up your being and will bring movement for whole body.
