Elina and Rubén are artists and family constellation instructors with over 20 years of shared experience in guiding and supporting meaningful trans-formative processes. They are a multicultural couple, parents and travel companions whose goal is to help people holistically become aware and integrate trans-generational traumas and unconscious patterns so they can walk more freely towards their dreams.

In the experiential workshop, we examine the impact of trans-generational trauma on relationships and what good love consists of from the perspective of family constellations. Participants will have the possibility to become aware of trans-generational thought and behavioral patterns that maintain challenges and conflicts in their relationships and take steps towards good, mature and equal love. In “This ends with me”-family constellation workshop, we dive into the world of trans-generational traumas and our own systemic loyalty, which leads us to repeat the same challenges again and again. With the help of systemic therapy and family constellation exercises, participants can integrate trans-generational traumas, which act subconsciously in the background of their life’s challenges.
