Julia Silverio is a dancer and dance teacher rooted in the old Cuban dance tradition, where emotion, rhythm, and soulfulness are at the heart of movement. She has been teaching dance for several years and draws much of her inspiration from Afro-Cuban culture and movement traditions. As a mother of two young children, Julia is especially passionate about movement with babies and children, creating joyful experiences that nurture connection, creativity, and self-expression.
Baby Salsa
Baby Salsa is a gentle and joyful dance class where parents and babies move together to the warm rhythms of salsa music. The class supports postnatal recovery, strengthens the bond between parent and child, and offers a relaxed space to enjoy movement without pressure or performance.
