In this workshop, we embark on a journey to pleasure. The journey consists of mental and physical exercises designed to release limiting beliefs and bodily tensions that may restrict pleasure. Throughout the journey, we activate our own sexual energy and explore our personal pleasure map. The exercises can be done individually or, if desired, with a partner within safe boundaries.
