With your eyes closed, all other senses awaken. The mind rests. The body softens. You hear the whisper of steam, feel warmth on your skin, breathe in herbs and forest, taste water and salt, and return to your inner wisdom. A slower, deeper, more sensual sauna journey through the whole body. Please bring a bottle of water.
