Jenni Milonoff is one of the producers of the Yoga Festival Helsinki and the creator of the Divine Entheos collective. She has traveled a long path in the worlds of yoga, circus, dance, and movement. In Jenni’s guidance, there is a wonderfully supportive atmosphere, and her teaching always includes just the right touch of humor.

Moving Body – Juicy Flow moves the body and mind in a holistic and versatile way. A gentle yet strengthening practice takes you on a yoga journey where somatic movement and asanas intertwine, like raindrops in water. During the journey, the flow of movement is allowed to pass through the body and mind, inspired by the water element.
