SUMMER BLOOM RITUAL – FIN – KIDS FRIENDLY
In this whole family’s ritualistic celebration for the summer bloom, we come together to celebrate summer, delivering a beautiful salt ceremony in which families and everyone are welcome to participate.
FAMILY STORY CIRCLE – FIN – KIDS FRIENDLY
In this empowering story circle for parents and children, we gather together to hear the Finnish story “Kuka lohduttaisi Nyytiä?” by Tove Jansson and confront and share our fears drawing on insight from the story.
STORY CIRCLE (TEEN & PARENTS) – FIN – KIDS FRIENDLY
This story circle is about what happens when one begins to belittle oneself for getting acceptance and finding a mate. In the story, there are three giants and the young one is expected to trim her/him/their self-expression. The story teaches how to be true to oneself. For parents it teaches them not to trim their young. The story is approached from the viewpoint of Jungian archetypal psychology.
