Creating keeps me moving and alive. When I don’t paint, something feels stuck. When I do, something opens. Calm arrives, playfulness takes over, and sometimes everything turns wild and free. Art haas been mostly a journey in to myself, who i am and what i’m not. I have been able to let go of negative believes about my self trough art.
