MOVEMENT & POWER OF BREATHE

The workshop starts with movement to bring awareness to the present moment. After this, we move into a 60–75 minute breathwork session in several rounds using mouth and nose breathing. Drums, music, and supportive touch may be used. Biodynamic breathwork is softer than traditional deep breathing but can still be powerful. The breath session will conclude with a period of integration.
