A Hawaii trained nurse, Nicole has spent 12 years exploring healing through movement. She opened a Balinese yoga studio in 2013 offering Ashtanga yoga. She later trained in Ayurvedic Therapy & Thai Yoga Massage in Mexico. Now based in Helsinki, she teaches various yoga styles, Pilates & Ballet Barre, blending her expertise into dynamic, intuitive classes that leave students aching & eager for more.

SCIENCE OF STRETCHING – ENG – YOGA MAT

The Science of Stretching is a flexibility training workshop focused on re-establishing your basic range of motion. It uses three principles: 4-8 breathing, long holds (3-5 minutes), and “wet noodle” body (passive poses). After learning the fundamentals, you’ll experience a full class sequence applying these methods to improve flexibility and mobility.

YOGA MASSAGE WORKSHOP (PAIRS) – ENG – YOGA MAT

In this Yoga Massage Workshop, partners learn techniques to give and receive massages, combining yoga stretches with deep tissue pressure. You’ll discover how to align your partner’s body and use weight, breath, and touch to relax both muscles and mind. The workshop aims to foster trust, communication, and a deeper connection with each other.

FLOW TO CONQUER – ENG – YOGA MAT

“Flow to Conquer” is an advanced Vinyasa yoga class featuring dynamic transitions between challenging postures like arm balances, inversions, deep backbends, and hip openers. The class emphasizes fluid breath, movement, and control, helping to build strength, flexibility, and focus. This will push your limits and leave you feeling empowered and victorious.
