Please note that booking and payment can only be done through Timma's booking service.

CANCELLATION
We would hope that the booked appointments would last, however, you have the option to cancel your treatment appointment. The possibility of cancellation closes 12 hours before the treatment time, after which it is not possible to cancel.

During the event, you can cancel the treatment appointment you have booked by contacting the nurse, who will make a refund and cancel the treatment appointment marked in their calendar at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel a treatment appointment less than 12 hours before the start of the treatment period, you can, for example, give, sell or exchange the treatment appointment to another person - please remember to inform the facilitator yourself about personal changes on the spot.

- Healers Oasis is located below the small pond in the event area
- There are signposts and an entrance arch to the area
- The facilitators tents are marked with numbers and information
- You can also find information about facilitators on the event's information wall and at the info desk

GOING TO BOOKED TREATMENT
- Facilitators have real-time access to their booking calendar
- Reservations show the information you entered when making the reservation
- Take your phone with you if you need to clarify the reservation
- The nurses have the necessary equipment for treatments in their tents
- Facilitators may have products for sale that support treatment
