You will receive a receipt and confirmation of the reservation by email. Set a reminder on your phone that you are at the right place at the right time at the festival. So easy!

CANCELLATION
We would hope that the booked appointments would last, however, you have the option to cancel your treatment appointment. The possibility of cancellation closes 12 hours before the treatment time, after which it is not possible to cancel.
Before the event, you can cancel your booked appointment by contacting:

During the event, you can cancel the treatment appointment you have booked by contacting the nurse, who will make a refund and cancel the treatment appointment marked in their calendar at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel a treatment appointment less than 12 hours before the start of the treatment period, you can, for example, give, sell or exchange the treatment appointment to another person - please remember to inform the facilitator yourself about personal changes on the spot.
