Artist office - Take care of the artists and make sure they feel welcome and get answers to their questions. A powerful team of artists that strives to fulfill wishes and requests, within the limits of possibilities, and also takes care of artist accommodation.

Decoration helping hands - Will create and build the most beautiful and meaningful festival in Finland according to the visions of the decorators, and decoration helping hands will help - small and large. The building gloves stay in the hand and the passion to do!

The emergency team takes care of the functionality of the emergency room; both physically and mentally, whether it was a wound on the finger or mental exhaustion. Everyone in the team must have an EA card!

Info & Ticket Sales, you are the Pearl of Customer Service, you must be well informed or at least know how to search for information: what, where, when, etc. The goal is to radiate Goodness, as well as to serve skillfully and answer even the most pressing questions of the customers! Includes use and sale of cash registers.

Security - safe and order are created in the security team, we react quickly when necessary and meet everyone from the heart. You may or may not have a JV card.

Cafe team includes customer service from heart: Welcome and Boho Cafe, presentation and sale of delicious products, keeping the cafe tidy, coffee & tea soup and creating a magical Natural High atmosphere. Cash register skills are an advantage, and these are of course easy to learn.

Natural High Healing Shop- You are involved in realizing memorable experiences through customer service in a wonderful luminous boutique, where wonderful magical products are sold.

Photo team produces wonderful Sparkling, Soulful, Magical images/videos, to tell with images/videos what the Natural High Healing Festival means to so many. Togetherness, joy and laughter, magic, quiet deep moments, magical beautiful atmosphere.

Kids Corner creates a safe and inspiring space for children and families to play, be, rest and meet. Kids Corner is not a childcare place, but a place to be free, guiding children to creativity and free expression, where children are the responsibility of their parents.

Runner - includes shopping trips, artist transports, picking up goods. Punctuality, responsibility, good English skills and driving a van are required. Longer shifts.

Parking team includes the reception of arriving cars and caravans, traffic control and parking supervision, as well as taking care of safe exit and wishing a safe journey home.

Raw kitchen produces the best raw cakes, chia and fresh porridges and other naturally sweetened delicacies for the festival's customers to enjoy in their own magical cafes (Welcome and Boho Cafe)! The team already works during construction and during festivals.

Building and tear down team - Creating and building the most beautiful and meaningful festival in Finland. There are efficient, energetic and strong factors that keep the construction gloves in hand and the energy high. Separately, there is the Decoration helping team to help the decorators.

Sauna team keeps the wooden saunas of the festival crowd warm and clean, chops trees and makes sure that everything runs smoothly in the saunas and washing places, conveying a very warm atmosphere. Open from morning to midnight.

Cleaning&Recycling team maintains cleanliness, good recycling, and care for good hygiene during the building, the festival and the tear down. The work is valuable and meaningful, bringing a good mood with cleanliness and influencing the experience of comfort.

Staff kitchen prepares soulful and pure vegan food for the entire Big Team and artists. The task is to prepare food, keep the dining areas clean, serve food with joy, take care of the line with care.

Workshop-team - important cooperation between the workshop leader and the participants. Takes care of the queue, meets the customers, guides in a friendly manner, cleans the space after the workshop. Makes sure that the artist starts his workshop well and assists in the use of microphones if necessary.

Emotional support takes care of giving emotional first aid, listens, is present and gives emotional support to customers in difficult situations. The authors are selected through an interview.

Sound team (AV) is to ensure that the artists have a working sound system during the workshops. You get an introduction to the equipment, but AV (audio-visual) skills are a plus and almost a requirement. Assignments are considered according to your skills.
